Applicable Battery Type: Only 36V Lithium Battery

Note: 36V is Electric Bike's battery voltage. NOT charger's voltage.

If it is not charging your Battery, it’s likely one of the following reasons:

1. The charger doesn’t fit your Bike, please kindly tell us your Bike's brand and model. We would like to check the compatibility for you.

2. Your battery is broken. As lithium battery has a limited service life. If your battery has been used for over 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be broken.

3. In this situation, the charger LED will show green – no charging as battery is dead. You can test our charger with another device, or check your battery with another charger.
