Important Notice: Battery Base Compatibility

Please be aware that the JANSNO 14Ah and 17Ah battery bases come in two versions: 4-pin and 5-pin.

Compatibility exists when both the base and the battery are either 4-pin or 5-pin for the 14Ah and 17Ah models.
However, 4-pin bases are not compatible with 5-pin 14Ah or 17Ah batteries and vice versa.
Additionally, the 12.8Ah and 20Ah battery bases are unique and are not compatible with any other battery bases.

Please note that www.jansno.com does not accept refunds related to incompatible battery bases.

Thank you for your understanding!
